Sunday
My workout for sunday was a bike ride. I'm having some trouble with my body. My side is giving me a dull achy pain and I'm not sure if I should head to it and go get it checked out, or if it's nothing. There are a million things that could make my side hurt. I really don't want to go to the doctor because of money and the fact that I'm not sure if the school covers students when it's summer break. So I'm really nervous to push myself in a workout. I keep imagining that it's like appendicitis and I'm working out and then all of the sudden sharp pain and I pass out. The thing is I either workout at my apartment complex workout area where I'm usually the only one there so I'd be on the floor in pain and no one would know or I'd be at the school working out and tons of people would see me fall off a machine on the floor the ambulance would be called (can you say going broke from a ride in one of those.) and I'd get rushed to the hospital. I don't bring my purse to the gym so they probably wouldn't know to grab my keys and I'd have no phone to call Aaron and He's in IF which is 30 minutes away at work so I'd be in the hospital passed out alone and no one would know I was there. ahhhhh It's terrible. But I'm sure that's just me over reacting. My husband had appendicitis and he said it was the worst pain ever, this pain is more dull and achy so I'm hoping me working out doesn't make it worse. But I'm still nervous to go try one of the nike workouts incase it makes whatever is hurting worse. I dont know what to do!!! I'm really bummed my 3 pounds I'm trying to loose might not happen because of my side. aahhh decisions, I'll workout again today and let you know how it goes! This week if all goes to plan I'm bumping up the hypertrophy! I'll talk more about that later.
