I am sore!!! And its a happy pain haha! Yesterday I did legs! I warmed up for 10 minutes on the elliptical and then headed over to do some squats! I did 3 sets of 10 reps of squats with 70lbs on the bar!! After that I went to a hamstring machine, did 3 sets at number4. I hate when the machines don't tell you how much weight your lifting. I did 10 reps each set! Then I went over and did a different hamstring machine where you stand and do one leg at a time. I did the same 3 sets 10 reps but I lifted 30lbs on each leg! Then I did a quad machine! I was getting bored so I figured I'd try out one of the Nike workouts!!! It was awesome! It was a 30 minute workout but I only did 20 minutes of it cause my legs were shot! The things the Nike workout had me do was walking lunges, lunges with shoulder press, deadlifts, side planks and froggers! The froggers were fun! You get in a pushup position and then jump your legs up to right next to your hands so that your squatting like a frog! Then jump back to a pushup position! Your hands never leave the ground!! They were hard and work your legs, arms, and abs! awesome exercise!
Lets just say I was sweating by the time I was done with my workout yesterday! And today I am feeling the soreness but I love it cause it lets me know I'm bumping up my workout perfectly!!
