Shape Magazine!

I got this out of the August 2011 Shape magazine! I found it interesting so I thought I'd share it!
"If you're trying to slim down, you might want to save your carbs for supper. Researchers at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem found that dieters who ate more protein than carbohydrates at breakfast and lunch and reversed the ratio at dinner lost more weight-about 26 pounds versus 20 over a six month period- and felt more satiated than those who spread out their rice, bread, and pasta over all three meals. So the next time you end the day with a big bowl of rigatoni, don't feel guilty. Provided you started the morning with an omelet or yogurt, it may work to your waistline's advantage! "
