Today I warmed up for 5 minutes on a row machine, then did 15 minutes on an elliptical! Then I did the circuit but without the cardio in between. So I basically did 45 seconds of lifting then 15 seconds to get to the next machine and repeat!! Since I'm upping my lifting this week I had every machine set on 40lbs! instead of the 25lb I did last time with the circuit!!
I feel amazing!! And I love what a good sweat will do for me!!
I also did the randomabs.com routine after dinner tonight!!
