Friday!

Friday I rode my bike to the gym and then warmed up on the elliptical for ten minutes. I then did abs! I love abs I could work them all day long!! After abs I focused on my arms! I did a series of machines doing lat pulldowns, seated row, should press, chest press, triceps dips, and pull-ups! With these I did 3 sets of 10 reps with 30sec-1min rest in-between sets! I did them at a 4 on the machine. The number 4 setting is different weight on every machine. Again I hate machines that don't give you a solid number of weight to work with but what can you do!
Thursday This week I wimped out, my legs were so sore from the day before I couldn't do much!
And today I'm going swimming!! Such a great workout! I'm excited to get out there and tone up my arms and legs!
