Saturday!

I woke up feeling worn down, but I decided I still needed to get a workout in! So I went and did the elliptical for 25 minutes and then did some bicep curls and triceps curls and thats about all my body would let me do. Again I'm starting to feel like I'm getting sick. But I was happy I at least got a little bit in! The sad part of this whole story is that I ate some rich creamy ice cream that basically knocked out my whole workout for the day. This may or may not be a deciding factor in working out tomorrow! haha!
One thing I was really excited about is that I got an email from nike showing me one of their apps, that is amazing!! I really wished that I was up to do one of the workouts on it today cause they are intense. The app is called nike training club! And I'm pretty sure it's going to be my new best friend!! It has different workouts for different goals, such as get lean, or get toned, or get strong, or get focused! And then once you choose the goal then it asks your level of workout you want! Beginner, intermediate, or advanced. and then from there they have a billion workouts set out for 30 minutes! and each exercise in the workout has pictures and video of how to do them!! It's amazing! I can't wait to try them all!! oh and you can program music to them!! I suggest all who have iphones get this app now!!! best part is that it's FREE!!!! Yep so no excuses not to get it right now! go please!! now!!
