heading to the gym!

I'm getting ready to head to the gym! And I wanted to post a little starting info on what I'm going to be doing at the gym.
So like I said I'm working for muscle endurance for this first week! What that means is I am going to lift <67% of my one rep max. doing >12 reps with 30 second rest in between. And I'll do 2-3 sets of each exercise! I'm starting with muscle endurance just for a week to get my muscle back into shape, it only takes three days for muscles to decrease their strength, so to prevent injury I am going to start slow and build up! I'm excited to start my first workout tonight!
I'm going to start with some cardio, because cardio is going to get rid of the fat and weight training is going to boost my metabolism! I'm going to start with cardio and end with lifting!
After cardio I'm going to focus on biceps, triceps, chest, back, and abs.
