First workout!
I started out doing 15 minutes on the eliptical. Then I did lat pulldowns I did on a machine and it doesnt have the exact weight on it, but I did it at a 3. I then did seated rows at a 3. Then I did some chest presses at a 3. Then I did fly's with 8lb dumbbells, and then I did bicep curls and then tricep pull downs both at a 3. Then I finished off with some abs on a workout ball! The workout in total took about 30 minutes! It was quick! Working for muscular endurance your not sitting around, it's exercise after exercise, only 30 seconds in between each set, so it goes fast! Workouts don't have to be a certain length of time to be deemed a good workout. A great workout can last 15 minutes!! It's all about if your doing it with purpose!
