Day Two!!

Day two I started out with 15 minutes on the elliptical! Today I focused on legs and shoulders! I did a leg machine with the machine number on 4. I did some arnold should presses with 8lbs. I then did lounges on each leg while holding 8lb dumbbells. I did should press machine on number 3, then I did some leg lifts while on all fours. Next I did some standing row for your shoulders I forgot what it's called did it with 8lbs! Then I did some squats while holding a 20lbs in between my legs. and last I did some shoulder raises. Oh and I did one leg squats.
Remember I'm doing 2 sets of 12 or more with 30 second rest in-between.
I had a fun time working out tonight cause I did it while watching Pretty Little Liars! It's always nice to have something on that distracts you and helps keep you going! Music has also been proven to help you work harder and maintain a steady pace!
I want to post pictures of the workouts I do does anyone know of a database of free workout pictures?!
