So today while doing the circuit I made it work to go with my muscle endurance by keeping the weight on every machine to 25lbs and going intense on the bikes!!
The circuit I did tonight was a 45/15 time lap. You do a strength training machine for 45 seconds, then you have 15 seconds to get to the next machine, which would be the stationary bikes! And then you do that for 45 seconds and repeat going back and forth between cardio and strength machines.
Do you guys love circuits as much as I do?!
I can finally comment on your blog- it wasnt letting me before for some reason! But yes, I LOVE circuit training and am loving reading this blog. I think we are a lot alike in our desire to exercise and our love for it!
