CHALLENGE!!!

Alright I started this blog a long time ago and never really started posting on it. I am giving myself a challenge and found this the best place to post the challenge and hold myself accountable! I am challenging myself to loose 3lbs and at least 3inches in 3 weeks!
I am going to use all of the knowledge I gained in the class I just got done taking on strength training theory and application! I learned a lot of interesting stuff in that class and I can't wait to apply it and watch it work! hopefully!
Ok so here's were I start today
7/25 I weigh: 128lbs
waist (biggest stomach area): 33in
right leg (biggest part of the leg) 22in
butt(around the hip and butt area) 37.4

My goal is really getting down to 125lbs and slimming out! I kinda chunked up during the last few weeks of school, didn't make it to the gym much (basically at all)!
I am going to be working on muscle endurance in the first week. Then I'll up to hypertrophy and stay there for the last two weeks!! Everyday I will post what physical activity that I do! You guys can all follow along as well!!
Today so far I have biked with my husband, did the randomabs.com routine for the day and went on a 30 minute walk! The funny thing is I haven't gone to the gym yet!
I love the idea that you really don't have to do all your workouts in one chunk, separating them out through out the day is a perfect way to keep your body moving, keep it active and loose weight! My husband, Aaron and I are planning on going for a bike ride everyday for the entire three weeks I am doing this! We don't go for a long time but its a great way to start the day and get my body awake! Im not a huge fan of cardio, my love is lifting weights so it's nice to do biking with Aaron cause it doesn't feel like I'm working out!
I hope this blog inspires others out there to set little goals for themselves and strive to reach them! I hope me posting my workouts will help anyone needing a good workout plan for themselves!
