I've decided to start a blog about my fitness adventure. I'm a newly married college student. Not a good combo for my fitness and eating habits. This blog is more for me! I'm going to write down my daily struggles and strengths of trying to stay in shape while dealing with homework, work, and being married, cleaning the house, and trying to eat healthy!
I love being physically fit! I love working out and staying healthy! Eating is my biggest problem! I eat a lot of food and a lot of the wrong foods! I want to make this blog the place I come and share the knowledge that I gain from research that I am going to do about the right things to eat and when to eat them! I want to research new ways to workout! I'm excited to start sharing my journey of staying fit and eating healthy!
